During October, Discounts are as follows:

Military General Admission - $15.00 / Fast Pass - $40.00

     =>Non-expired Active or Retired Military ID required - Only 1 discount per ID

First Responder General Admission - $15.00 / Fast Pass - $40.00

     =>Law Enforcement {Federal, State, County, or Municipal} 

     =>Fire Department {Professional or Volunteer}

     =>Emergency Medical Services

          =>ALL FIRST RESPONDERS must have a department, state, or federal issued ID

          and only 1 discount per ID

Group Discounts - General Admission - $15.00 / Fast Pass - $40.00

     => Available to groups of 13 or more.  Group must pre-register prior to 3:00 pm on date of arrival by calling 334.333.0655 or 334.790.3335.  One person must purchase all tickets at one time.  

The Town of Columbia has ample parking available for you without cost.  Street Parking is available on S. Main and N. Main Streets.  The grass lot on E. North St. between S. Main and Green Dr. is available.  The parking lot of PeoplesSouth Bank is available.  The parking lot of Beasley's Pharmacy and the Piggly Wiggly is available after 8pm.   Please DO NOT PARK on the side of any street except North and South Main.  DO NOT Park in anyone's yard, anywhere where no parking signs are placed or in any business parking lot when the business is in operation.

Columbia Manor can have extremely long wait times especially the last 3 Saturdays of operation.  To decrease your wait time:  Purchase tickets in advance and arrive early, visit earlier in the season, or purchase the Fast Pass.

Fast Pass tickets are a shorter & faster moving line which allows you to get into the haunted attraction faster.  The tour is exactly the same as General Admission.  

Columbia Manor has a target audience of teens and adults.  We do not recommend the haunt for anyone under 7.  With that being said, you know the maturity of your child and what they can handle.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR NIGHTMARES!!!!   Columbia Manor DOES NOT ALLOW CHILD IN ARMS - Everyone must walk!!!

Columbia Manor is does not promote being wheelchair accessible; however, we can get regular size and athletic wheelchairs through the majority of the haunt.  We definitely encourage you to come and enjoy the fun with your group.  Once you arrive, please ask any Security person for Clay prior to purchasing your tickets.  

Columbia Manor is located in and operates off of the Central Time Zone.  

Columbia Manor does not offer online sales.  However, tickets may be purchased in advance at Beasley Pharmacy located at 113 E Church St., Columbia AL, 9am-6pm Monday through Friday.

No, however, T-shirts are for sale at the Ticket Office while supplies last.

Costumes are welcome at Columbia Manor, but they must be able to go through the haunt without risk of catching on props (in other words, they should fit like regular clothing).  Masks are not allowed.  Visitors in costumes are not allowed to act as if they are a resident of the Manor.  

Columbia Manor has numerous security personnel scattered throughout the haunt attraction.  In addition, Columbia Manor has both Law Enforcement Officers and Emergency Medical personnel onsite.
